MADE-TO-MEASURE: Terms & Conditions

A made-to-measure item will be specially manufactured on order and shipped within six to seven weeks of placing the order.

· Made to measure garments are non-refundable unless faulty. Please ensure that you provide correct and accurate measurements at the time of ordering. Esha Sethi Thirani is not responsible for inaccurate measurements provided by customers.

· •Please refer to our size guide when ordering garments/made to measure garments.

· You have to pay 100% of the product value at the time of placing a made-to-order request.

· The shipping amount of a made-to-measure item will depend on the value of the product.

 

1.Priority shipping is always chargeable. The amount will increase based on the value, weight and destination of the shipment.

 

2. Import duty if applicable, as per import country laws & regulation, will be charged at the time of delivery.

 

3.In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information), the re-delivery of the same will made only after additional shipping charges is paid by client.

 

4. At Esha Sethi Thirani, we offer Worldwide delivery. For both local and international shipping.

 

5. Your purchase will be shipped to you after receiving within 4-6 working days from the day we receive the payment if the purchase is in stock and is not made to order.

 

6. For international orders shipping times will vary from country to country and depending on custom clearance procedures.

7. You will be notified via email once your order has shipped, with full tracking information. Please note, Esha Sethi Thirani is not responsible for any import or customs duties to be paid, it must be settled by customer.
